Kat CD Ripper is an extraordinary musical device designed to rip sound tracks from an audio CD and convert them into WAV or directly into compressed MP3 or OGG formats. The original sound quality is thus preserved.



Thanks to Kat CD Ripper and its attractive user interface, ripping a CD is a simple task both for experts and novices. The speed is more than acceptable and converting a complete CD only takes a few minutes. Also, the program includes an integrated music player, and it lets you congifure different quality settings.



This application has support for ID3 tags, and also for the CDDB on-line database, to automatically obtain data.



Kat CD Ripper lets you configure and store different profiles, and also keep them from one session to another. So, when you close the application, the profile you were using is automatically offered the nest time. Other program options include those of codification and volume normalization. And the best of all: you are not obliged to extract individual tracks from the CD, but you can also rip pieces of a set track (manually indicating the start and finish).



You can choose recordings limited by time, or without limit, where you have to click on Stop, Also, you can design what the exit code will be. There is also conversion between formats.
